We may share data with: Argentine regulatory authorities (CNV, UIF, BCRA) as required by law, service providers who assist us in operating the platform under confidentiality agreements, and participating real estate developers only to the extent necessary for your investment.

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information: SSL/TLS encryption in all transmissions, secure storage on servers located in Argentina, restricted access only to authorized personnel, and periodic security audits.

Under Law 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data in our database, request rectification of incorrect information, request deletion of data when no longer necessary, and object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
