These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the real estate crowdlending platform operated by Inforesponsable S.A. By accessing and using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
Platform: the website inforesponsable.com and all its functionalities. User: any person who accesses the Platform. Investor: user who participates in crowdlending projects. Developer: real estate company that presents projects for financing. Project: real estate development published on the Platform to receive collective financing.
2. Nature of service
Inforesponsable S.A. operates a technological platform that connects investors with real estate projects. We are not a financial institution nor do we offer investment advice. Each user is responsible for evaluating the risks associated with each project before participating.
3. Requirements for investors
To participate as an investor you must: be over 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract in Argentina, complete the identity verification process (KYC) required by current regulations, provide truthful and updated information, and have funds of lawful origin for investments.
4. Investment risks
Real estate crowdlending carries inherent risks, including: partial or total loss of invested capital, delays in project execution, variations in projected returns, and general real estate market and economic risks. Past returns do not guarantee future results.
5. User obligations
When using the Platform, you agree to: not use the service for illegal activities, maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials, immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account, and not attempt to breach the security of the Platform.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Inforesponsable S.A. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of liability
Inforesponsable S.A. shall not be liable for: investment decisions made by users, the performance of real estate projects, temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure, or actions of third parties beyond our control.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified through the Platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
